When you decide on the reception and appropriate number of guests, please contact our Function Manager to book a date. Reservations are to be confirmed within two weeks with a deposit of $600.00 (we reserve the right to cancel any tentative booking not confirmed within two weeks).
Full payment must be made in Cash on the Wednesday prior to the function date or if payment is by EFTOS, Credit Card, American Express, Diners Club or Cheques a 5% surcharge will be charged.
Note that any cancellation, deposit WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. Cancellations are required to be notified in writing.
Reception rooms are to be vacated by 12 midnight or unless arrangements are made prior to with management. If you or your guests wish to stay longer, a labour charge of $400.00 per hour will be incurred. Note: Any beverages consumed in that extra hour will be at an additional cost.
Allowing for dance floor, bridal table and cake table, the function rooms can accomodate the following number of guests:

NB: If guest numbers (adults) fall below minimum required, a surcharge of the Total Package will apply to reach minimum required to stay in that room, or your function will be relocated to the room with your required guest number.
Panorama House would like to introduce you to our recommended and preferred services such as Hire Cars - Limousines, Celebrant, Master of Ceremony, Florist, Wedding Cakes, Disk Jockey, Bands & Entertainers, Room Decorations and of course if you would like to preserve your precious memories forever, the most important services, the Photographer and Videographer, Franco Baldi, because they understand how Panorama House Conducts their functions and are very sensitive to your needs.
Panorama House is very confident in recommending the services of those preferred professionals, as they do work with us on a regular basis. Naturally you are free to arrange your own services if you wish.
To add to the ambience, your table will be dressed with candles, white linen tablecloths and napkins, elegantly set on round tables seating 8 to 10 guests.
We have the facility for you to be married in a beautiful garden overlooking the magnificent coastline. At a cost of $300 in our newly built Gazebo, the garden can be set up with red carpet, table, chairs and garden arch.
A guaranteed number of guests attending the function must be advised 5 working days prior to your wedding reception.
We at Panorama House pride ourselves on our professional and courteous service which we extend to you when you visit our establishment.
From ages 4-12 years, children will be charged 50% of the package price. Special Childrens meals can be accommodated. Highchairs are also available.
It is Hotel policy that alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto the premises. It is also Hotel policy that there is no smoking allowed.
